As a general contractor, we take care of everything in connection with your building project – from initial planning and the first cut of the spade to handing over the keys. We offer full turnkey as well as partial turnkey solutions tailored to our customers’ individual needs in all relevant areas of turnkey construction – retail, industrial and commercial buildings, or renovating an existing building. Based on our many years of experience and expertise as a highly diversified construction company, you can count on us to make your project a success.
Guided by our own aspiration to realise each project in the best possible way, both from an economic and technical point of view, we maintain a network of selected subcontractors who, like us, attach importance to adhering to deadlines and delivering the highest quality. Thanks to long-standing partnerships in all areas of turnkey construction, such as building services, façade construction, interior fittings, outdoor installations and special solutions, we guarantee smooth processes and efficient subcontractor management. On request, we also incorporate subcontractor services into a “transparent” solution – chosen and coordinated with the customer.
Retail
As a specialist for turnkey construction, we have many years of experience in building retail real estate such as markets or supermarkets for renowned chain stores. We are proud that these customers often come back to us with follow-up contracts.
Depending on the order, we plan the entire project or reliably implement existing plans. We produce precast concrete elements in our own plant and work with experienced partners for the building envelope, expansions and building services to ensure fast, smooth implementation. That way, you can be sure that your store will open according to schedule
Turnkey Industrial Commercial Construction
We offer turnkey construction for industrial and commercial buildings such as logistics warehouses, production facilities and office buildings throughout Europe. Our activities span all sectors and cover the paper, automotive, and food industries, among others. They include orders with a volume of up to 100 million euros.
As timely completion is extremely important, especially in industrial applications, we only use experienced subcontractors (for building services, façades, etc.). As we plan, produce and schedule precast concrete elements in our in-house facilities, you can be sure that the job will be completed on schedule.
Renovations and conversions
We also offer turnkey conversions for special-purpose and commercial real estate. Whether you are looking to expand and modernise an existing building (e.g. supermarket) or renovate a historic building, we always offer individual solutions adapted to the circumstances thanks to our many years of experience in refurbishing and upgrading existing buildings as well as our own production planning. We reliably resolve logistical challenges such as limited delivery times or scarcity of space when it comes to buildings in inner-city locations.
